Leap Day Blog Hop Giveaway!

Elizabeth over at Such a Sew and Sew is hosting a Leap Day Blog Hop Giveaway.  I'm giving away these 8 great Michael Miller Fairy Frost Fat Quarters:

Leave me a comment on why you'd like these fat quarters for a chance to win.  Since Leap Day is such a "magical" day....it only comes once every four years, sort of like "Brigadoon"......I thought some Fairy Frost seemed appropriate.

If you want to be entered twice, become a follower of my blog. Check back with Elizabeth's blog to see what other bloggers are giving away.  The blog is open from now (February 29th, 8:30 EST) until March 1st at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Standard time.  If you do not have a Google account, use the name/url {url optional} commenting option and make sure you leave your e-mail in your comment in the following format: address (at) domain name (dot) com.; the winner will be drawn randomly and I'll announce the winner by March 2nd........

Have a great Leap Day.....it's a rainy day here in Virginia and I'm headed to my quilt studio to make the best use of an extra day of sewing..

Kathy

Leo said...

well there is no reason why I should win .. but I still would like to. I haven't been sewing/qiuölting for long my stash still fits in two bags, so anything frabric-y is welcome for more "try out sessions".
Thanks for the chance!

Emily said...

I tend towards greens and blues so more reds in my fabric stash would be a good stretch for me towards using other colors.

Carolyn S. said...

I don't even know how I got here, but shoot yeah, I'd like to win some fabric. I love the "texture" types of fabrics for my quilts. You get the depth but no distracting pattern. :)
Now if they're covered in fairies or something, and I'm just not seeing that.....well, uh, hope the random number thingy picks someone who'll appreciate that! ;) I'm having a rainy Virginia day too.

and now I'm following your blog.

These are wonderful Fat Quarters! I don't have many fabrics in deeper, richer tones, so these would fill a big hole in my stash. Unfortunately, I don't think that hole would be filled long because this great fabric would get used ASAP!
